Exciting things are happening as the days drop off of the calendar. This week has been full of big steps towards the move to the Big Apple. By this last Tuesday my future roommate Felix and I found an apartment in Astoria Brooklyn. The lease was signed today! Its located only 15 minutes away from central Manhattan by train and one block off the main street of Broadway where there are laundry mats, grocery stores and numerous fun eats!

The other big thing that happened today is that I bought my one way ticket! I am officially leaving 10:30 PM on Monday the 16th of August.
New York - here I come.
